Group Training Plan
Our Group Training Programs consists of 12 training sessions per month. Participants train
3 times per week for 4 weeks.
Similar to the personal training program, sessions include: cardiovascular and strength training as well as abdominal and core
strengthening exercises. Each participant also receives a meal plan, body type assessment and weekly weigh-ins. Group training are currently scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.
