Group Training Plan

Our Group Training Programs consists of 12 training sessions per month. Participants train

3 times per week for 4 weeks.

 

This is a 30 minute workout

- 10 minutes abdominal workout
- 20 minutes Cardio Training
- Personalized Meal Plan

Program Cost: $150 a month
Days: Mon, Tues and Thur

Time: 5:30pm
