Boot Camp 3G
BC is a training program design to take the trainee to a higher level of fitness. The primary focus will be to improve the overall strength, weight loss and flexibility of each trainee.
BC will consist of four sessions a week for 60 minutes.
This program can be administered to a small or large group. After one month trainee will show improvement in the following areas:
1. Upper and lower body strength
2. Weight loss (10 to 15lbs)
3. Flexibility
This training utilizes aerobic step for cardio, Barbells, Kettle bell, Dumbbells and selected weight training machines. Training can be preformed inside or outside. Trainee will have weekly weight-in and will be given a meal plan to follow.
Fee price $150 a month
