Boot Camp
Boot Camp Training
 
 Boot camp is a training session design to take the trainee to the next level of fitness.  The primary focus will be to improve the over all strength, endurance and flexibility of each trainee. 
 
Boot Camp will consist of three sessions a week, over a 4 week period.   
Upon completion of boot camp each trainee will be expected to successfully perform the following:
 
 ·      Run 1 mile in 8:00 minutes.
 
·      35 push-ups female (as many in 1 minute).
 
·      50 push-ups male (as many in 1 minute).
 
·      60 sit-ups (as many in 1 minute).
 
·      10 Pull-up males (not timed).
 
·      5 Pull-ups Female (not timed).
